The Countdown Begins: Reservations Now Available for The Strip’s Definitive New Culinary Addition

LAS VEGAS, Oct. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Corner Store, the breakout SoHo sensation from Tilman Fertitta, Eugene Remm and the Catch Hospitality Group team with Chef Michael Vignola at the helm, is now accepting reservations for its highly anticipated West Coast debut. Bringing its first-ever expansion from New York, the ultra-coveted hotspot injects a new level of culinary energy when it opens at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on November 9.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas now accepting reservations for The Corner Store, opening on November 9, 2026.

The Corner Store Las Vegas will welcome guests seven nights a week: Sunday – Thursday 5 p.m. – 10 p.m and Friday and Saturday 5 p.m. – Late. Reservations are now available via The Cosmopolitan online or by calling (702) 675-9828.

CULINARY PROGRAM
Under the leadership of Chef Vignola, in collaboration with The Corner Store Las Vegas Executive Chef Daniel Bernardo, the menu champions an ingredient-first approach to elevated American classics. Signature offerings include:

  • Lobster & Caviar Rolls with tarragon-celery remoulade
  • Five Cheese Pizza Rolls served with whipped ranch
  • The Corner Store Caesar featuring everything bagel croutons and cream cheese croquettes
  • The Wagyu French Dip, spotlighting a 72-hour slow-roasted Westholme Australian ribeye

Exclusive to Las Vegas, guests can also experience an expanded selection of premium meats and hand-cut steaks from The Butcher’s Counter, anchored by the Rosewood Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk and Wagyu Porterhouse. Seasonal crudos, market-driven salads and larger-format shared plates round out the menu, offering a vibrant, communal style of dining tailored to the city.

BEVERAGE PORTFOLIO
The same attention to detail, precision and ingredient-led philosophy found in the kitchen will carry through to the cocktail program, with the Martini once again at its center. Led by Lucas Robinson, Catch Hospitality Group Beverage Director, in partnership with The Cosmopolitan’s Head of Mixology Gedeon Tsegaye, the menu will feature SoHo favorites, including the Tomato Martini and Sour Cream & Onion Martini, alongside new creations exclusive to Las Vegas, including a Vegas-inspired take on Oli’s Dirty Martini served with a trio of mascarpone caviar olives.

House-made ingredients, premium spirits and techniques such as infusion, cryovac, sous vide, milk washing and oil washing will remain central to the program. The beverage menu will also feature The Corner Store’s signature Martini Service, a large-format pour designed to serve two to three guests, alongside a thoughtful wine list curated by Catch Hospitality Group Wine Director Emily Buse, recognized by Wine Spectator as one of the top 50 sommeliers in the U.S., and Master Sommelier and Executive Director of Wine for MGM Resorts Douglas Kim.

DESIGN
Crafted by Rockwell Group—the visionary firm behind The Corner Store’s original SoHo location—the Las Vegas outpost translates the warmth and lived-in character of a classic New York neighborhood spot to the grand scale and glamour of The Cosmopolitan.

Elevated on the resort’s third floor rather than tucked along a traditional streetscape, the restaurant reveals itself through an intimate storefront designed to capture the intrigue of a hidden New York corner store. Wood-framed doors and tinted fluted glass anchor a dramatic façade layered with amber drapery, illuminated stained-glass artwork and Art Deco-inspired accents.

Inside, the venue unfolds across a sequence of distinct yet interconnected spaces rich with burl wood, antique mirrors, marble, velvet and warm vintage lighting. Guests transition from a classic main bar into the Martini Room—centered around a striking green onyx bar—before arriving in the main dining room, whose design channels the romance of vintage train cars. Tailored banquettes, herringbone wood floors, arched architectural details and a curated gallery of New York City photography seamlessly connect the space to the downtown edge and nostalgia of the SoHo original.

Adjacent to the main dining area, a dedicated private dining room accommodating up to 24 guests will feature golden plaster, polished burl wood, layered lighting and a flexible partition that can divide the room into two more intimate spaces. Additional group dining and event options are available and can be secured with The Cosmopolitan’s Group dining team by emailing signatureevents@mgmresorts.com.

The opening of The Corner Store at The Cosmopolitan expands the collaboration between MGM Resorts and Catch Hospitality Group. The two companies first partnered to open CATCH at ARIA Resort & Casino in 2018.
