The assessment evaluated 31 service providers based on two dimensions: vision and capability, and market impact. SPECTRAFORCE was one of only five providers to receive the Star Performer designation, which recognizes the strongest year-over-year movement on the PEAK Matrix®.
Everest Group’s PEAK Matrix® is used by enterprises to assess and compare service providers. The 2026 assessment drew on Everest Group’s proprietary Transaction Intelligence (TI) database, public disclosures, buyer interactions, and inputs from participating providers.
